“Smile Recipe”

(the detailed version)


  • A whole bunch of natural foods* (fresh fruits and veggies, the soy family, nuts are my favs.)
  • 3 satifactory meals a day (try to get fiber, protein, vitamins in each)
  • A healthy, unprocessed snack when hungry
  • A treat for the demanding sweet tooth (let me tell you, mine is very stubborn 😉 )
  • A good dose of endorphins (jumping, with or without the rope, cycling, and dancing are my endorphfriends)
  • Multile big smiles 🙂 🙂 🙂 (Do not leave out!!!)


♥Mix all together in random order and enjoy!!!

♥More of each ingredient will result in bigger portion of “smile”.

*Try to avoid oily, processed, and scary-chemical infused foods. Fill your dish with ingredients that both your mind and body will appreciate. And remember, natural foods taste just as good (or better in my opinion 🙂 ) as junk food (it’s called that for a reason!)
